Friday
Dinner Out

Still recovering from the weekend, although I did manage to cook dinner at home last night! Finishing my christmas treats and packaging this week, will be a few late nights.

Monday – Steak, crispy garlic potatoes, tomatoes and green beans
Tuesday – Pizza (we are going to a recital!)
Wednesday – Turkey Shepards Pie
Thursday – Asian Pork Sandwiches, snow peas
Friday – Dinner at a friends house

Menu Plan Monday
Wow . . . December is flying by! I have two cakes to make this week and much christmas candy to finish!! But it wouldn’t be the holidays if we didn’t have much to buy, make and celebrate! This weeks menu is fairly simple, with some tried and true favorites, and a couple of crockpot meals to ease the pressure of dinner when I will be in heavy cake/candy mode!

Sunday: 40 Clove Chicken, Crashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Monday: Crockpot Tortilla Soup (using leftover 40 Clove Chicken)
Tuesday: Mongolian Flank Steak with noodle salad
Wednesday: Crockpot Porkchops and mashed potatoes
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Slow Cooker California Tamale Pie
Saturday: Party with Friends
